Level up!

After seeing recently a Chinese drama of 40-sth episodes, seeing 12-episode Level-U was pure pleasure ๐Ÿ˜… and I don't even know when I finished it. The series has an interesting story, good actors and is perfect for relaxing after work or during boring university lectures. Usually I recomend serieses to bench-watch at the weekend but Level up! doesn't meet this requirement ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

Ahn Dan Te is a director of a company specializing in restructuring. He is the best at what he does and there is a reason people are afraid of his cold eyes and 100% professionalism in every situation. On the other side we have Shin Yeon Hwa, chief development officer of the dying game company Joy Buster. They meet when her company is sold to restructurisation with Dan Te as the head of it. Yeon Hwa's team starts to develop a new game to satisfy new manager, but in meantime there is a lot happening between these two ๐Ÿ˜‰

I really liked how opposite characters found their common language. Cold Dan Te and passionate Yeon Hwa had an interesting chemistry between each other and I'm struggiling to chose with which lady Sung Hoon looks better with ๐Ÿ˜‡๐Ÿ™Š Lee Yoo Mi from My Secret Romance or Yeon Hwa.... Hard choice.

Moving on to the drama, I wonder if adding a few more episodes and expanding the last 2 wouldn't improve the drama. As first 10 episodes are great with pace and story development, last 2 (or maybe even 3 episodes) are running so fast that you don't know when the drama finished. I'm noy saying that the drama is bad, no no no, it's good but something is missing ๐Ÿ˜” Something small, to make a little bit more of suspense and to finish up the love-story ๐Ÿ’– In overall I would rate Level up!  with a good 6/10. There were a planty of fun characters, like Dan Te's brother and his friend, Dan-Te's co-worker and Yeon-Hwa's father which will make you burst in laughter. Also there is a nice chemistry between the lead that makes the story line go naturally. But despite that there is a needed for more development and romance. Not only love infatuation, but more love love ๐Ÿ’ž.

When it comes to the story itself, it's unique and I will definately recommend watching Level up! It's a good piece that just missed it's opportunity for better story closure. Nevertheless, here you will meet interesting characters, positive and negative emotions and a beautiful body of Sung Hoon ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ and that's all I need ๐Ÿ™Š
